AguiCorp, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), AguiCorp will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on any AguiCorp property infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or subject to infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district.

Repeat Infringer Policy

AguiCorp maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. AguiCorp also reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a pattern of repeated infringement.

Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages.
