Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on any AguiCorp property infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.

Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district.
Repeat Infringer Policy
AguiCorp maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. AguiCorp also reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a pattern of repeated infringement.
Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages.
